Receives the user's voice through "voice input/output," performs "voice recognition," and converts the user's voice into a form (character data) that can be processed by LINE AiCall.
Next, the text data is processed by "natural language processing" to create a response by a "Chatbot."
If LINE AiCall is able to create an appropriate response, the response will be "text-to-speech" and played back to the user.
If LINE AiCall can't create an appropriate response, such as when a special response is required outside of the scenario, it will smoothly connect the user to an operator who will interact directly with the user.
